Many of you may be aware that I lost a wonderful friend, Jan, on 9th September 2007.  For those of us who had the good fortune to be part of Jan's life, her drive and passion for life was second to none.

I will be walking the Yorkshire 3 Peaks on 12th July, along with many of Jan's friends and family, in memory of Jan.  One of the charities we hope to raise money for if the Freeman Heart and Lung Transplant Unit - where Jan had a lung transplant that extended her life by over 10 years.

Alternatively,  I will also be raising funds for the Cystic Fybrosis Unit in Leeds that supported Jan throughout her life.  If you wish to sponsor me for this charity, please contact me directly and I will add you to my sponsor form (though will be unable to reclaim the Gift Aid from these donations).
