Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Just a year ago I decided to get fit and have amazed myself at what I’ve been able to achieve and how much better I feel because of it. I believe that the key to getting fit is to set yourself a target which you can work towards. In May this year I managed a mega (365 miles in 3 days) charity cycle round Northern Ireland. Now my next step is to run the London Marathon next April.
