Story

As some of you already know I’m competing in the 2008 British Powerlifting Championships and on the 13 July. It’s going to be the biggest and the best to date. The whole thing is being filmed for Sky Television and the main prize for best lifter is going to be a new car. There WILL be several world records broken as well as guest appearances from several world class strongmen and a showdown between two of the strongest men on the planet.

The British Powerlifting Congress have registered with Cancer Research UK and are encouraging lifters to try and get friends and family to sponsor them to lift. I’d be extremely grateful if any of you could spare a few bob to sponsor me and help raise money for CRUK. It can be pennies, it really doesn't matter.
