Timothy Noakes is raising money for British Heart Foundation
Story
I am going to attempt to ride from London to Brighton to raise funds for the British Heart Foundation. Ouch. My training was slightly scuppered when I crashed into a wall 3 weeks ago, but I'm still going to give it a bash.
I'm doing it with some of my pals, who are equally unprepared and really quite scared. The New York Times even wrote a piece about us a few days ago, which was nice.
I have no idea whether I'm going to make it, but I would really appreciate it if you could donate a couple of quid to my fund raising campaign. Like most things in life, I have left this all to the last minute.
