On Monday May 18th 09, I will be cycling nearly 200 miles around dorset and through the new forest all in one day.

On Tuesday May 19th 09, I will be swimming to the Isle of Wight

On Wednesday May 20th 09, I will be running 70 miles (110km) around the isle of Wight

On Thursday May 21st 09, I will be swimming from the Isle of Wight to Hampshire

On Friday May 22nd 09, I will be cycling nearly 200 miles again all in one day, doing mondays route in reverse
