I am participating with colleagues from Barclaycard Commercial in 'It's a Knockout', a competition held on 7 June to benefit the Cynthia Spencer Hospice in Northampton.  The hospice provides a specialist health service for people whose illness is no longer curable and provide much needed emotional, spiritual and bereavement support to families who have a loved one at the hospice.
