Story

The Essex Mountain Rescue Team rides again - this time it's mission is to rescue the three Yorkshire peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough.

The team is made up of six people from Essex and four from Yorkshire and Derbyshire. Our challenge is to complete the 24 miles of the walk including climbing the 3 Peaks within 12 hours. We hope to raise lots of money in memory of  Tim Reeve who died of leukaemia in 2005 at the age of 23. Only 40% of young people with leukaemia survice and we hope to support research to make sure that more young people have the opportunity to make their dreams come true.

Every step and every penny is another step forward for someone's future so PLEASE HELP and THANK YOU from us all
