London Triathlon 2008 · 9 August 2008 ·

The RHN cares for people who have brain damage or a disease affecting their brain. People come to the RHN for many reasons, from a stroke to a traffic accident, or a disease. The RHN provides services and therapies to ensure people with neuro-disability can have the best quality of life possible.

Story

On 10th August I'm doing the London Triathlon - just a quick jaunt round the docklands including a 1500 metre swim, a 40km bike ride and all finished off with a 10km run. I'm not sure which is worse -  swimming in Victoria Dock or getting to London early enough for an 8 am start! Should be fun really!

I'd really appreciate it if you could find a couple of minutes to sponsor me and try and help me achieve my fundraising target.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
