About my charity : The Argus Appeal The Argus Appeal
The Argus Appeal's objectives are to relieve sickness, poverty, hardship and to provide benefits for lonely, needy old people and underprivileged children and other persons considered appropriate by the trustees in the Sussex area. All funds raised are used to support causes where they can “make a difference”.

My personal message:

Well, if my eventful first training ride (thanks Mark and Rob...) is anything to go by I'll be filing this one under "things I've agreed to do that seemed like a good idea at the time"

But then again having been involved with The Argus Appeal through Legal & General over the past year or so I've seen what a truly good cause this is, run by some great people.

So to all those who've offered advice, voiced concern or simply laughed - now's the time to dig deep please and make my 150 mile journey to Paris more bearable by sponsoring me as generously as you can.
