On the 9th/10th of July my work colleagues and I are attempting to complete the 3 peaks challenge! This means climbing/walking at great speed and no doubt by the end crawling... the 3 highest mountains within 24 hours ( Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scarfell Pike in England & Snowden in Wales)

There will be over 40Km of walking, approx 10,000ft of assending/decending together with 10hours of driving between sites. Leaving the peaks to be completed in about 14 hours!!
