A big thank you to everyone who has sponsored me so far.  You have all been fantastic and it is really spurring me on to do lots of training to complete the challenge. Lucy and I are going to complete the London to paris bike ride (320km) over 3 days from the 28th august 2009.  I'm raising money for the Exeter Hospiscare and lucy is raising money for the Southampton Paediatric Intensive Care Unit.  We both wanted to raise money for small local charities where we could see where our money was going to go rather than to large organisations where our money was a small amount in a very big pot.  Please check out the websites www.hospiscare.org and  www.friendsofpicu.org.uk if you want to know anything about these local charities.  They are both very rewarding charities.
