Headway East London runs a Headway House - a social environment where people come to regain lost skills, increase their confidence and make new friends.

My personal message:

Those of you that know me will be well aware that this is a real challenge for me.  In fact I nearly changed my mind about running in this event because I got a stitch after having to run for the bus!!!  Let's hope I can last more than 10 seconds in this event!
