Story

less than a month to go. and training's going pretty well.would be much obliged for any coppers you could sponsor me.

It all began when we should have gone to the cinema. Instead we went to a pub and decided we needed an adventure. On that day, Me and Mr. Evans agreed to complete an Ironman before we were 40. Fast forward about 3 years to January 2015 and we realised it was never going to get easier and time was ticking away.

It was at this point we became "The Tinpot Ironmen" (www.tinpotironmen.co.uk) and we committed to completing Ironman Wales 2016.

As entry is now open, we've signed up and thought if you're going to do something ridiculous, you may as well do it for a good cause while you are at it. Hence our support of Scope, who do great work raising disability awareness and assisting folk and campaigning alongside too.

So please dig deep, It'll be much appreciated by Me and by Scope.
