It's no joke! Although very funny...

Rainbow Trust Children's Charity supports families who have a child with a serious or life-threatening illness. Rainbow Trust pairs each family with an expert Family Support Worker who enables them to make the most of time together, giving them practical and emotional support.

Story

Don't laugh(yet!), but i'm taking part in the London Triathlon this summer. "Why?" i hear you ask? Well, for a drunken bet. So, not only will i win my bet, but i get to raise loads of money for The Rainbow Trust Children's Charity. In fact, i'm so confident i'm getting a tattoo of the Olympic Rings in prepartion for Beijing 2008(or not perhaps...)!

The Rainbow Trust Children's Charity supports families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness. Carers provide practical and emotional support to all family members within the family home and at its two respite homes. It aims to support more families with a terminally ill child.

I'm competing in the Individual Sprint event which consists of a 750m swim, 20km cycle and 5km run. The event itslef will take place on Saturday 31st July in and around the ExCel Exhibition Centre.

Please help me get as much money as i can!!

Thanks for your support(and money!)

Andy
