I'm cycling the 100 mile route of the Ride London-Surrey on Aug 3rd for Team Panda.

Mark Cavendish probably doesn't need to worry too much about me as this is half as long again as I've cycled in a day. I will need to peddle hard to keep up with the rest of Team Panda who have definitely been practising!

I'm raising money to save Mountain Gorillas, the world's most critically endangered great ape.
