Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

I was accepted by Bowel Cancer UK to run in the Flora London Marathon on 13th April and it was an amazing day. I chose owel Cancer UK because Dave Miners, a very close friend's father, died at 55 after a long battle with cancer and this is the charity he and his family have helped raise the awareness of and a tremendous amount of money for. I hope you will help me continue this in his memory and support me in the marathon.

The training was really tough and the social life was put on hold since New Year but well worth it for one day. There were some real lows and it wasn't always pretty but the good memories will last for ever.

It's not too late to donate so please dig deep and sponsor me.

Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. Bowel Cancer UK will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Your support is greatly appreciated
