Admittedly I'm not exactly doing the Great South Run, it will be more of a Great South Walk/Limp, but it's the best I can manage without a hip replacement or wheelchair.  I wouldn't bother coming to watch me because it would take far too much time out of your Sunday, just donate loads of cash to RTCW instead!
