Right ladies & gents, it's that time again.

This will be the 4th of these rides I have completed, and every year I think next will be easier.......every year I'm wrong lol. Most of you know that I'm not exactly the fittest of individuals, and this ride is quite a challenge.

The British Heart Foundation is a fantastic charity, heart conditions will affect each and every one of us at some point in our lives. Maybe not ourselves directly, maybe close friends and family. So I urge all of you to dig deep and be as generous as possible, and contribute towards me nearly killing myself for this great causes.
