I'm very proud to announce Tom did brilliantly, coming in exactly on target at 4 hours (and 2 minutes) and was energetic enough to take Beetle for a walk when we got home last night and again this morning.

Only a couple of weeks to go....
I'm still training hard, normally accompanied by my labrador Beetle (except on the long road runs when I have to have him on a lead which is a problem as he isnt very keen on leads and has great interest in items to be found at the side of the road.)
