Sadly it was a slow time compared to what I wanted but it was a fantastic day, and I feel great for it.

Thank you so much for the support and sponsorship, it was a huge driving force when some miserable Swiss doctor said that I should pull out thanks to a bout of man-flu!!!

The post marathon nutrition of a Sausage roll and several pints of Ale were a welcome return to my former self.
