So here it is...for those that thought I was never going to do it - my official sponsorship page for my 10K charity run for Kidscape. As you all know this completely out of the box for me...the only time that in years I have run for anything has been when I have heard the bell for last orders!!

But that is all about to change I have been in the gym running hard though admittedly am having difficulty getting past the 30 min mark without my arch enemy – the Stitch making an appearance – boo hiss. Plus am trying this entire fitness lark around the three gigs and one music festival all lined up before the run on the 12^th!!!...Uh oh

As my hero Phil Collins once said….But Seriously… a quick bit about the charity I am running for.

Kidscape is a charity campaigning against Bullying. Bullying is something that can seriously affect many lives (mine included).

Each year 10-14 youth suicides are directly attributed to bullying. Just two of the things that Kidscape does are, to put vulnerable kids onto courses to teach them self-confidence and how to deal with Bullies in a non-threatening way and also to provide a helpline for parents of bullied kids.

It’s tough times out there at the moment but I really believe that Kidscape is worth every penny that you can give….
