Story

Thanks for taking the time to come and find out all about my efforts to raise money for St Raphael's Hospice in Sutton.

I'll be taking part in the rather frighteningly names 'Grim Duathlon' this October - if you're not sure what a Duathlon is well, it's a 5K run followed by a 20K cycle, finishing with another 5K run. And it all takes place on a rather muddy Army Testing base in Surrey - it certainly should be an experience.

But most importantly, it's for a really great cause. St Raphael's does a wonderful job caring for terminally ill local patients in need of painstaking care. I'm proud to support them by doing my bit to raise money to help them continue their vital work. I hope you'll choose to sponsor me, and in turn help ease the suffering of local patients.
