I've decided to try the marathon again this year and, if all goes to plan, will hopefully get under 4hrs this time.

I'm running for the MS Society in the UK and will also donate 50% of any Cayman sponsorships to the Cayman Islands Cancer Society. Both very good causes that need your generous donations so please dig deep and sponsor me, maybe with an extra incentive if i get under 4hrs !

If donating from outside Cayman this site is the most efficient way to sponsor me and is also safe & secure. The MS Society will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

If donating from Cayman then please email me at either gammage@candw.ky or tom.gammage@fidelitycayman.com and i will arrange to collect the sponsorship from you to ensure that half goes to the Cancer Society.
