The Institute of Cancer Research (ICR) is one of the world's top cancer research organisations as well as being the home of the Everyman male cancer campaign. With the ICR working in all areas of cancer research from genetics through to drug development, its male cancer campaign, Everyman, focuses specifically on raising awareness and funds for research into prostate and testicular cancer. Story

Thank You for visiting my fundraising page! The idea of this page is to raise two very important things:

* Raise awareness for the worthwhile cancer charity EVERYMAN

* Raise as much money as possible!

Thank you so much for all of your kind donations. The money you have pledged is going to a very, very worthy cause and WILL make a difference.

On Sunday 13th April I ran the London Marathon in 03 hours, 09 minutes and 12 seconds.

A personal best by almost 55 minutes! It was truely an unforgettable day and probably one of the best of my life!

Everyman's mission is to cross out male cancer. We can achieve this by making everyone recognise the tell-tale signs, and understand the importance of treating them. By increasing this awareness we also hope to raise money to fund our life-saving research/

Away from Running I work for The Football Association as a Skills Coach. I am based in Hampshire and work with children aged 5 - 11, developing their skills, fitness and confidence! (I am also a Swindon Town Fan!!! - You Reds!)

Thank You for reading and helping out!
