I am going to Africa in July with Act4Africa, they are a charity who educate Africans about HIV/AIDS, as well as helping them enjoy a fun life by putting on sports coaching and drama days/weeks.

Which is where I come in, as a sports coach I will be taking sports sessions with kids, helping them enjoy life a little bit more and building a rapport with them. With this rapport I hope to make a difference when I speak to them about HIV/AIDs in the work shops, educating about the dangers and spread of AIDs.

To help me raise the money my housemate and I have done a cycle ride from Caldy RUFC (my home rugby club) to Penygraig RUFC (my housemates rugby club). This is nearly 170 miles through the Heart of Wales and the valleys, it was pretty hard please have a look at some pics on my page.
