Our personal message:

I just want to thank anyone who has decided that its too much of a good opportunity to miss sponsoring me for the New York Marathon.

I'm sure most of you know running isn't my favourite past time and i doubt it ever will be. Whilst this distance is somewhat starting to worry me I will get throught he pain barrier (fingers crossed!!) in order to raise money for 2 local charities in North Wales that look after the terminally ill. Both charities rely heavily on fundraising events and donations. So even the smallest amount will go someway to making someone's life that little bit more peacful.

Thanking you in advance for your support.

Anyone choosing to watch can catch me on most US sports channels. But don't be expecting a fast time!

Hopefully a lot of photo evidence will reassure you that it has been money well spent to see me suffer.
