Four of completed the Loch Ness marathon on the 4th of October to raise funds for HOPE worldwide, which has housed over 3000 homeless in the UK, and helped addicts to recover from alcoholism and drug dependency.

I managed a half-decent 5:19, few aches and a cracker of a blister, but nothing too major - but it'd still be great to know we raised a heap of funds to help the homeless for our troubles!
