Doctors of the World UK (DOW UK) is an international aid organisation that provides medical care and gives a voice to vulnerable people all over the world. Their network of volunteer healthcare professionals provide care in 64 countries worldwide.  DOW UK sends volunteers overseas to help those affected by natural disasters like the hurricane in Myanmar (Burma). They also help vulnerable people affected by conflict and extreme poverty with programmes like our emergency response sent to Haiti and our project to reduce the impact of HIV/AIDS in Zimbabwe. Their offices run healthcare projects across europe, caring for the most vulnerable members of the community who find themselves unable to access the healthcare they need. Their UK healthcare project is known as Project: London.
