The Lingen Davies Cancer Relief Fund provides buildings, equipment, and services for the treatment and relief of cancer patients in Shropshire and Mid Wales. The current Appeal is to raise £3.2 m to build a new cancer centre at Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.

After the London Marathon nearly killed me, i have returned to doing the Great North Run! This year i will be running for Lingen Davies - a charity that aims to improve facilities for people with cancer.
