I am running my first marathon in Edinburgh at the end of May and to add something of an incentive to reach the finish I have decided to raise money for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.  They provide an amazing service which covers the whole of Yorkshire and costs £7200 per day to keep in the air and is always there should the worst happen.

I realise that many of you live outside Yorkshire, but you never know what might happen if you come to visit......
