Jon O'Groats to Land's End Cycle · 9 March 2009

21st Century Legacy uses Olympians and other inspirational role models to support young people to be the best they can be. Uniquely the young people set out their own success maps and use coaching and peer mentoring to develop awareness and responsibility, allowing them to make the right choices and fulfil their potential.

Story

Hi, thanks for visiting!

At the end of May I’ll be going on the longest bike ride of my life; 950 miles from the Jon O'Groats, at far north-easterly tip of Scotland to the furthest point away in the UK and most south-westerly point of Cornwall; Land’s End.  It’s going to be a challenge, both physically and mentally.

21st Century Legacy are a charity who know all about challenges.  Their work will be my motivation for every pedal of the way.  21st Century Legacy are a truly inspirational charity who work with children from all walks of life, giving them the confidence and strength of character to forge their own path in life, encouraging them to dream and helping them to navigate their way through the challenges they need to overcome in order to achieve those dreams. They help to ensure that talents of the future don’t go unnoticed and give kids across the country the breaks they need.

Please give generously.  Your support means an incredible amount both to me and to 21st Century Legacy.

If you’d like any other info on the trip or the charity, please get in touch or, alternatively, leave the contact details option selected when you donate and drop me a message in the comments section.  I also hope to set up a blog over the coming weeks where you can find out more and track our progress.  Details will be posted here.

Thank you so much,

Tom
