<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>I'm running in the Florette Fradley 10k to raise much-needed money for Brain Tumour Research and to prove to doubters (myself included) that I can actually run 10k.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Brain Tumour Research is a seriously under-funded area of cancer research which came to my attention when a friend lost his 7 year old son to an incurable, inoperable tumour in the brain stem.&nbsp;</p> <p>For details about where money raised here will go please visit <a href="http://www.taylansproject.com/">www.taylansproject.com</a></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Michelle's pointed out that even if I finish I'm most probably going to be beaten by pensioners (such a supportive spouse) and I've now discovered that&nbsp;it's a two lap circuit with a&nbsp;course record of just under half an hour... so there's every chance I'm going to be lapped in a two lap race.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Please give whatever you can and don't forget to Gift Aid it if you are a UK taxpayer.</p> <p>Thank You</p>
