Following our successful ride down the Nile when we raised over £20,000 for cancer charities we are off again in September 2006 to ride 250 miles from Vilnius in Lithuania to Warsaw in Poland over a period of 4days.

We know it is difficult to ask you to dig deep again but following all the help given to Cath whilst she had breast cancer and now her sister has also been diagnosed with breast cancer, we are committed to raise as much money as we can for this charity.
