I will be running the 2009 Flora London Marathon on 26th April.

This will be my 5th Marathon in as many years and my 4th Flora London Marathon in a row.

Over the past 4 years i have raised over £5000 for various charity's and raised just under £1,500 for Help for Heroes last year.

I am an Ex Royal Marine (12 years) and a serving Police Constable with the Avon and Somerset Constabulary.

Please Help me reach my target, i would love to raise £1,500 through sponsorship and donations.

This is such a worthy charity who put all the monies into improving the lifes of our injured serving men and woman in our Armed Forces
