The last time I rode a bike was 16 years ago, the London to Brighton, and that was 58 miles of new experiences. This time I am going to take this very seriously and train, train, train, and now I even have a bike.

The ride is close on 300 miles and it is usually done over four days .....

I am confident that I will .... start.
