Dreams Come True is a national charity that enriches the lives of children with a disability, serious illness or life-limiting condition by making their dreams come true. It's the only UK wish granting charity supporting children in the highest areas of deprivation. www.dreamscometrue.uk.com

Story

Ladies and Gentlemen,

If the thought of three sweaty and heavily breathing men, toned to the peak of physical perfection is your idea of heaven then you have come to the wrong place (well all apart from the first bit).   However, Charles, Tim (of the Cooke-Hurle clan) and Paul (of the McStay clan) will be running 8miles, biking 20miles and attempting to canoe 3miles on the Isle of Wight in 'The Wight Challenge' triathlon on Saturday 20th September.   We have been in serious training for this gruelling challenge including deep meditation sessions to hone our mental attitudes (see picture to the left).

The event is in aid of the charity Dreams Come True which is a very worthwhile cause and really does what it says on the tin - making some of the dreams of kids with serious and terminal illnesses come true and letting them forget their worries.   Although we cannot completely guarantee completion by all of our team, we hope you can give just a little bit to help egg us on and raise some money for this charity.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Dreams Come True Charity gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor us now!
