I am going to cycle from Torquay to London, board a flight to California, Cycle across the Southern States to Florida, fly back to London and the Cycle back to Torquay, all in the space of 3 months to raise as much money as possible for Rowcroft Hospice.

This is to say thankyou to them for all the help and support they gave to our friends Jayne and Ben Stone after Jayne was diagnosed with terminal cancer...for laying on the wedding  to us turning up at all hours of the night to be with Jayne..even for putting up with the odd curry or pizza being sneaked in. Even after Jayne passed away, they still done thier upmost to help and support Ben and the rest of the family.
