Since 2005 I have completed a number of events ranging from 10k runs, half marathons, sprint distance triathlons,  through to my first Olympic distance triathlon in 2006, and in 2007 my first half ironman - the Timberman 70.3.  Each year I have managed managed to raise around £1,200 for LAM Action

 Last year my main event was the Brownsea Around the Island Swim in Poole harbour which I intend to complete again this year.  My main event for 2009 however will be the Etape Caledonian - an 85 mile cycle through Perthshire. As well as these two races I will also  be participating in a number of other events including runs (including the Pensford 10k), triathlons (Plymouth and St. Ives Olympic distance), Duathlons (Chilly Duathlon in March and November) and swims (Brownsea Island as mentioned above and possibly, credit crunch willing, the Little Red Lighthouse swim in New York).
