I've been to the bottom and now I'm going to the top, of Everest and Kilimanjaro respectively.  To aid my gentle mid life crisis (i'm 40 this year) and to make it a positive process, I'm trekking to Kilimanjaro.  This is very small compared to the incredible work done EVERY DAY by the staff and volunteers of Cornwall's two Hospices.  They quietly go about making a difference every day, so I'm doing a bit of shouting for them.   THEY ARE BRILLIANT!
