Our personal message:

I have completed the Flora 2008 London Marathon in just under 6 hours!!

My feet look horrendous but my smile is fixed!!! Please feel free to pledge money as I have completed the ONCE in a lifetime race!!!

My sister Kirsten finished just over 6 hours and I remain equally proud to call her my sister.

My thanks to Nick and our other supporters, without you we would never of finished.

I am honoured to be walking and attempting to run in this years London Marathon alongside my sister Kirsten Offer.   After such a bad few years to be here and able to complete and raise as much money as we can for Cancer Research UK is all I can ask for.

We all know someone who has unfortunately encountered cancer, this has been all too real for me and my family.  I cannot however feel sorry and sad but think how to help others either during a battle or to prevent a battle with cancer. 

It is my belief that without the pioneering work of Cancer Research uk many of us would not be here today.  That is the reason that this year together with the support of my family and friends I will raise between 10 and 15K over several events The London Marathon being my ultimate goal.
