I'm part of a team taking part in this year's Tough Mudder to raise money for St. Francis Hospice who provided care and support for Sue, who was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease. Please give whatever you can to show support for myself and the others running the course, but more importantly for st. Francis Hospice, who have helped my family in the past and continue to do an amazing, selfless job.
