My story

In November, myself & Dave will be taking part in an event called Tough Mudder, a VERY tough event.
"Tough Mudder events are hardcore 12 mile obstacle courses designed by British Special Forces to test your all around strength, stamina, mental grit, and camaraderie" (http://toughmudder.com/)
The course involves a 10-12 mile run with 25+ obstacles including swimming in ice cold water, running through waist high mud, running through fire, carrying logs up hills, running through a field of electric wires, up very steep hills, monkey bars over ice-cold pools and many more.
We will be taking part in this event and raising money for Cancer Research UK, a very respectable charity which I'm sure you're all aware of, cancer affects 1 in 3 people and is a horrible disease to live with, and this charity help toward treating and finding a cure to this horrible illness and have already saved many, many lives.
Please dig deep and donate to this worthy cause as much as you can, a lot of training is going to have to go into this event and it's going to be physically and mentally tough but knowing that we're doing it for a worthy cause will help us complete the event.
