From the 3rd July we are cycling unsupported from one end of Britain to the other to raise money for Cancer Research UK. The route we are travelling will take about 2 weeks, cover 1000 miles, 3 countries and require us to cycle for around 70 miles a day. The trip is entirely unsupported and self financed. It is not one of those schemes where you raise a certain amount of money and you get lots of freebies, like accommodation, food, or transport support. We are doing it on our own and paying for it ourselves. If items do not fit into our panniers, they stay at home.

It will be the hardest thing that any of us have ever done and we are expecting it to hurt alot.
