Well folks, there is no turning back now, I'm running in the Teganuma Eco-Marathon on October 26, which actually is a half-marathon round the lake five minute's walk from my house here in Abiko, Japan. More importantly though, it is a great opportunity to raise some money for charity. I wanted to do something related to children's education, and this charity works with some of the poorest children in the world to give them access to a world of information that could change their lives - a book - so please make a donation that could widen a child's horizons, and will encourage me to finish the course. Every five pounds (1,000 yen) donated means four new books for budding readers. The charity donates all kinds of books from children's stories to medical dictionaries.
