I am running the London Marathon and would like you to sponsor me……please!!! I have never done this before and I am finding it tough so will not want to do it again in a hurry !  promise..

The Osteoporosis Society has been very supportive with info and just keeping in touch. My long training runs are  now 18-20 miles so getting there but finding them very difficult but this what it is all about. I did the Meon Valley Plod a few weeks ago which was 21 miles all off road, there was lots of mud and hills etc horrible!!! On the plus side the sun was shining and the views from the top of the hills were wonderful.
