Many of us know or have known someone who are suffering or have died because of Cancer. My Dad was a wonderful man who loved life and lived it to the full until he was diagnosed with Cancer.  This affects not only those who suffer but their families too. Sometimes those left behind are the ones who hurt most or that's how it seems. Anything we can do to help these charities is well worth it.

For those of you who know me well, know that I am not a huge fitness freak !!  So a 13 mile walk at midnight  (3 hours after my bedtime !) will know this aint going to be easy for me.  So please donate generously.......
