Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.  I have decided to swap the high heels for trainers and have set myself a personal target of running the Women's 5K Challenge in Hyde Park on 7th September.  Until I had started training for this, the last running I did was cross country at school!!!!

I have also decided to raise money for Helen Rollason Heal Cancer Charity which is run by a Professor Davidson who treated my mother whilst she was alive.  The work Heal do now is most amazing and they help improve the quality of peoples lives who have been touched by cancer.  If you want to see more here is the website  http://www.helenrollason.org.uk/
