On the 26th September, I weighed myself and got the shock of my life...

17 Stone 3lb!!!

I turned round to see if anybody had joined me but nope, on my own. With a heavy heart (and heavy everything else) I got off and sulked.

Time to do something about it...and I thought I'd make it a little worthwhile for some other people too. I'm aiming to lose 3 stones by Christmas. That's a stone a month. It's a big feat and I'm asking you for a little donation to spur me on!

Bolton Hospice has touched the lives of almost everybody in Bolton in some way or another, and their work is invaluable. They only get 35% of their funding by government grants and so need to keep up the other £1.2million by fundraising.
