Story

Well folks thought I'd better update this thing :) I've returned safely from the trek!

We were at up at 5am each morning, trekked between 9 and 11 hours each day through the rainforrest, mountains and coffee plantations and we ate rice, egg and beans for breakfast, lunch and dinner every single day.... It was extremely hard at times, but truly an amazing experience which I will never forget!

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who was kind enough to sponsonr me. Your generosity has raised £5378 for the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association. You can view my photos of the trek by following this link:   http://www3.snapfish.co.uk/thumbnailshare/AlbumID=280825943/a=160353205_160353205/otsc=SHR/otsi=SALBlink/COBRAND_NAME=snapfishuk
