Thank you so much for visiting my fundraising page. On Saturday 9th August 2008 I took part in The Mazda London Triathlon Female Supersprint Event at The ExCel Centre, London.  I swam 400m, cycled 10.5km and ran 2.6km in an effort to raise £500 for Amnesty International.  I did the whole thing in 1 hour, 10 minutes and 49 seconds (and I think that includes transition!!).  It was quite a windy day so am quite pleased with that result!!

Anyway, if you haven't already sponsored me and would still like to, don't worry there is still time as this site will still accept donations until the beginning of November!!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Amnesty International UK Section Charitable Trust will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you (now there's a bonus!!).  You don't have to be extravagant with your gift (unless you want to be).  I'll be more than happy with the minimum £2 donation that this site will accept and if you GiftAid that your donation will grow to £2.56!!
